What is your weather policy?As much as we love Hawaii's lush rainforests and tropical showers, we know they can sometimes impact our outdoor plans. If the weather looks like it might affect your reservation, we'll reach out with alternative covered locations or rescheduling options. We keep a close eye on the forecast and will contact you 48 and 24 hours in advance if there's a chance of rain (over 30%) to discuss your options. Either find a different location (different side of the island, or indoor location) or reschedule for a different day. And don't worry, we won't charge any rescheduling fees due to weather - we want to ensure your picnic experience is nothing short of paradise! In the case that your picnic can't be rescheduled and must be canceled, we'll refund the full cost of your picnic (minus the cost of food, florals, and a small labor fee) and deliver your food/florals/etc. the day of your event. We want to ensure your special day is still delightful, even if we can't be with you in person. To ensure your special day goes smoothly, we recommend having a backup indoor location in mind. Consider adding our luxury cabana to your reservation in case of light rain or intense sun. (See Add-Ons)

How many people can be added to a picnic on the day of?You are welcome to invite others to your picnic, but please note that if additional guests were not included in your booking the setup, seating, and food may not be sufficient for your group. We understand that life is full of surprises, so our picnic hosts usually have two extra table settings on hand, just in case. If you want to add guests last minute for full service (setup, seating, food, water), the extra guest rate of $50 per person will apply. The day of cannot be guaranteed, but we'll do everything possible to accommodate last-minute additions. If approved, the extra guest fee will need to be paid for prior to preparation.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?Feel free to bring your favorite foods and drinks to your picnic - we want you to feel right at home! Just a gentle reminder: some parks and public areas in Hawaii have rules against glass bottles and alcohol, so be sure to check ahead of time. If you decide to bring your own alcoholic beverage, we are not responsible for any fines/tickets issued to you. If you're planning a picnic in a more remote area, we recommend planning ahead for food and drink delivery - some spots can be tricky for delivery drivers. Don't worry, though - we're happy to help arrange pickup for an extra fee so you can focus on enjoying your special day!

What if the picnic gear gets damaged or stained during my picnic?We understand that accidents can happen, and we're here to help. You are responsible for the picnic gear during your event, and we kindly ask that you notify us immediately if any items are lost, damaged, or stained. We provide stain remover just in case. If the item can be saved, you will not be charged. If the item is permanently damaged, we'll work with you to assess the damage and provide an itemized list of replacement costs, which will be billed to you separately. Please note that normal wear and tear is expected and will not incur additional charges. However, more significant damage, loss, or extensive cleaning will require replacement/fees. Please inform your host at the end of your picnic if there are any major spills or accidents so they can try to fix and avoid the dry cleaners or replace the item. We strive to provide high-quality, durable gear for your luxury picnic experience. Your prompt notification and cooperation will help us ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests.

Can I leave my picnic setup during my picnic?Someone from your party must stay with the picnic at all times. If something comes up and the picnic must be left unattended, contact your picnic host prior to leaving. Only leave once the picnic host has arrived. Remember, you are responsible if items from your picnic go missing.
